Healthy Lifestyle

Healthy Lifestyles is divided into three areas Agewell / Heathy Eating Healthy Action & Community Action(Take Ngakau) see below. Agewell - A service is designed for the Elderly, Kaumatua Kuia within the community and surrounding districts who are 60 years and over. Healthy Eating Healthy Action - exercise programme of Aerobics, Low Impact Exercise, Walking group, Gym sessions, utilising the Green Prescription (GRx) option which is a health professional's written advice to a patient to be physically active, as part of the patient's health management.....read more
